Training Environment & Content That Enhance Quality Outcomes

Mastering the Art of Management is a 12-hour course that is delivered in 3-half days sessions.  The program is suitable for in-person or virtual learning.  Class engagement and learn are optimized with between 8 to 12 participants.  Each session is separated by 1 week to allow for homeowrk completion and 'on the job' practice.  The course comes with work books, self-assessments, exercises and group discussions to enhance the learning and adoption rate.

Fees will be quoted based on the number of attendees, course materials and travel necessary to conduct in-house programs.
